Been a while since I posted.  Thought I would post up a recent jig success.   I decided to tie up some flarehawks and then some standard jigs for snapper.  Material is sea witch hair and its a do it ultra jig mold.  I also found a reference on the internet to a guy using a clear coat auto paint...

Been trying to start up again. Sorry I ever put it down. Here are some of my latest jigs and flies from the past few evenings. Nowhere as nice as some of the stuff here. But I bet they will do the job! Now to finish up the horseheads and do some more 1/32s!

Hernia surgery wed... :-( Going to be out of commission for a while so..... I started tying some minnows and poppers. Its pretty cool that these Myakka minnows were designed by a local guide Steve Gibson. Pretty easy to tie and look good too. 2-3 weeks... there is going to be alot of jig...

Nothing like starting from ground zero. I had some molds, a few feathers, some hooks.... just 3 colors of paint. That was a few weeks ago. Finally all my base materials started coming in. Picked up a couple more molds and them some more paints. Cant wait to get started on this new hobby...

Ok guys... I am a newbie to this. How are you guys getting those dual tone jigs? Someone mentioned dusting? I did some searches on the forum but I cant seem to find anything. Thanks guys!

Got my wobble jig mold in the other day. Add in some new power paint colors and some more material that arrived, its ON! I really thing tied in a shrimp pattern this jig will be great on the flats. My new / additional sparkie jig mold arrived too. I now will be able to make more smaller...

Well it arrived! One more sparkie mold on its way too. Stuff on way from China via a forum member recomendation. Cant wait. Fish TORE up my jigs today. I am out of ties freshwater jigs. Its time to ties some more! Sent from my LG-E980 using Tapatalk

Mother nature has not been cooperating... So... This is the result. :-)

Just finished the fluid bed today. Works like a champ. Now for a few more colors and to start tying. This is what happens when this wind and rain keeps me home when I should be fishing.
