Tomorrow its back in the office ... :-( been a good couple of days. The freshwater fish were caught near punta gorda, fl in shell creek. Saltwater fish were from the Fort Desoto area.

Yup. Its gator country. Hunt them every year. All fish taste slightly different. My favorite is sheephead and flounder.

The pic is me 2 years ago. We always have alot of fun.

LOL:) It only took those gators one bottle apiece to lay there and smile like that, nice catch, some great eating there.

Great show and awesome fish.
We share the same luck when it comes to opportunities in salt n fresh, but I'm fascinated with the latter. Y'all have a good sacalait population?

I'm partial to blackened redfish but stuffed flounder is my all time fav.....
Next to frog legs...
Or crawfish.
Only ate gator a couple times, but wasn't impressed.

Thx for sharing.
