That jig is a swim jig. I use these with a teaser to fish for pompano, black drum and tarpon.

Very nice! I like the Silly Willy style jig. I have some Pompano jigs made up in a few other styles if you would like to trade a few...

It is. I just started tying these so I don't have that many yet. I also have some local folks with dibs. Let me see how many I get tied in the next few days.

Looks like you figgered how to bend salt water hooks to fit. Looong time ago those were my favorite reef walking lures in HI, but I gave up on em because of the bronze hook rust problem.

Yeah. Its alot cheaper too. Now I need enough fish to help me get rid of those specialty hooks for Do-It I bought. :-( Not too many more to go.

This jig undressed with a teaser is really popular here. I like doing the teaser and dressing the jig up.
