We are sort of iced in this morning...so I thought I would tie some jigs.....I opened up a new can of coffee and decided to use the coffee can liner for a Bass Jig....first one I ever made....I think it will do well on Bass...and comes with it own trailer... :icon14:

It was to cold to be outside this weekend...so I tied some Jigs.....I call it The Wild Child...made from Natural Badger Hair...on a Matuzo Hook...hope to try it out this week...plus going to use a trailer on it.... ML...

I stopped at Dollar General this morning...and seen this Rainbow Cord in the craft dept.....I could resist buying it...and cannot wait to try it out.... :D Oh Happy Day !!!... :D

Another Bass Jig I have been working on...The Wooley Booger....made with Buffalo Hair....after I combed the hair...it was an improvement...it looks more civilized.... :)....Hope to take this with me to Lake Granbury....and try out the new fishing dock.... :)

I hate to see anything going to waste....so I picked up some discarded Christmas decorations in the parking lot...that was in a trash pile....and ended up with this Bass Jig.... I found a new place to fish on Lake Granbury.... So I am anxious to try it out....:)

A Jig...I tied..with a Green Bay Packer, Jighead....Matuzo Hook....and Wyoming Antelope...it is like tying with a loaded spring...FUN !!...:D ML...:fishing:

Its always fun to head to Dollar Tree, where I can buy a bunch of stuff...and have some fun !!......Today I found these Hair Extensions...comes in multiple colors...but choose....the Lime Green and Orange.....and also found a package of Pipe Cleaners..with multiple colors..... I have to run to...

I rarely endorse a product...but this is an exception..!!...If you are going to have a custom rod built, I know, you want to protect your investment...and that is why I recommend a Rod Sox !!..And...even if your favorite rod is not custom built, you still want to protect it..!!...Check This Out...

Was checking out the material at WalMart yesterday..and checked out the Remnant Area...and found this piece of material...it is solid red, and very shiny and very soft to the touch......it is almost a combination of Satin and Foil mixed together...plus the Price Was Right...:icon14:.....I think...

Went to fill up my pickup this morning..and noticed gas has risen by ...ten cents, since last week.....so now it is $2.14 this morning in Weatherford,Texas....those lower prices sure were nice !!....:icon14: ML...:fishing:

This August I am heading back to Wisconsin to the St.Croix Rod Factory for a custom rod meet...and afterwards...a Musky Fishing Trip !!...:icon14: I already started building a 6'6 M/H rod...but I need Musky Jigs...I never made one....just curious how many Jiggers on JC...tie Musky JIgs...

We had ice all around us today...so I decided to put on a pot of pinto beans...did not have any Black Eyed Peas....so I cooked Pinto Beans...with porkchops....and home made cornbread..baked in my cast iron skillet....you talk about good eating...Yee-Hawww...:) Nice way to spend the first day of...

I found a photo of some of the first jigs I made....I remember, CK3, helped me with these, by long distance...:).....still miss him...:( I named these...The Orange Slices...it was fun..and it still is...:)......They were tied , for my very first Jig Swap...

Looks like how hard.. I try to hide...someone finds me...:D
