Hey Gang I know I haven’t been around in a long time.  Nothing with fishing just working on getting healthy again.  I’ve gone from 406 lbs. to 247.5 lbs., 158.5 lbs. gone!!  I also quit smoking back in July and just over 8 months now.  My back still isn’t 100% but it’s way better than it was!!

Well even with it raining some folks were at the flea market selling this weekend and I picked up this snootie jig mold Then I stopped at the fly shop (like I need any more stuff!!LOL) and I picked up 2 nice pieces of black bear hide for a $1 a piece And this was two peacock eyes I had dyed...

hey gang - home for a marching band reunion and man you can't get near Lake Ontario with the high winds and water and they have major flooding right now.  Was hoping to get into an old crappie hole but even the water there is so high you'd need a boat to get to it.

Got a great deal on the bay for $10!!  It's gonna make bunch of zonker strips and dubbing.

Got all the gas tanks filled for the snow blower, plenty of goodies, flashlights, cell phones.  Anyone else in the path of the storm - STAY SAFE!!!!

Cut these white and black arctic fox cross cuts, and white rabbit cross cuts.  I'm going to try and dye the tips of the white chartreuse but have to hit the dollar store to find the right aluminum pan - we'll see what happens!! LOL  

Got 4 new dyes from Anglers Workshop Fl. Chartreuse - mallard and a piece of silver fox Kingfisher Blue - mallard and a piece of arctic fox, screwed up and water was too hot so I saved what I could and wrapped it up with a bag tie Claret Fiery Brown All bagged up

Bought another batch of fur from the same lady I've bought from before White and Black Arctic Fox and Red Fox Pink/White rabbit skin and Grey/Brown Rabbit Skin Natural and blond nutria She threw all these in as freebies!! Top Row - possum and tibetan lamb Bottom row - more white arctic...

Picked up a DO-It SAJ-4-A Slide Along jig mold today - now I just have to get hooks for it.  They call for a 1623 style hook but can only find them in bronze - any other suggestions??
