Here are a few 1/32 duck jigs and my first attempt at a crawfish. I have the wobble head mold for crawfish jig heads, but can't use till after Christmas. THe crawdad is wet from playing in my fishtank. The chart/black has a glow body and they all have glow flash and a glow topcoat on the head..

I tried a small duck jig using JungleJim1's tutorial. What do you think? Think it will catch some shallow crappie? It's a 1/48, #6 sickle.

Well I bought me (for Christmas) a Do-It wobble head mold. Think I can tie some mean crawfish jigs for jigswap #20. Jigman, you still hosting it?

Just figured I would post a few pics of some of the ties I have done recently (month or so). I only get to tie a little on the weekends. The Peak makes it a lot more enjoyable.

Here are a few I tied this week. Did 20, but here is one of each. Mixture of head colors, mixture of marabou, hackle and duck.

I'm in the market for a good mid-priced vice for jig tying. Anyone have any suggestions? I just tie crappie jigs. Would it be best to hold out and get a Peak? Was looking at some $50-60 Thompon's and a couple different Griffins. I just have a $15 one that came in my starter kit from Crazy...

Tried my Texas Toast. 1/16 chart walleye head, Texas toast chenille, yellow olive marabou, black pearl accent flash.(also did 2 with red accent flag)

I just got a walleye head mold, and was curious if anyone knows the weights of the heads once you remove the collar? Looks like it is quite a bit of lead you are not adding, and curious if it changes the weight by much. Might take mine, after a modify it, and see about weighing it on a postal...

Hey, was wondering if anyone has used the Permaflex Copper hightemp silicon gasket maker to rid a mold of the barb? I just bought a walleye head mold and want to rid the collar off the mold. Sounds like it should work, good to 700 degrees.

I am going to get a walleye head mold. I have read several posts with ways to take off the collar. Just would like to see how some people have done it, and possibly pictures to get it done.

If i mix clear/glow with a color, will the mixture glow? Probably the intensity depends on the amount, but has anyone tried it?
