Any ideas what to do with this for trout?  I bought this mold for the tubes but thought tying something like this might be something the trout might like around here in KY. Mink dubbing tail with hackle at the hook eye.  Really simple tie if the fish like it?

Playing around I made up these.  These are 1/4 oz I'm going to make a few 1/32 for river trout.   Hopefully the cutthroats will like'm as much as I do.

I tied up about 30 of these last night.   Red/Black, Green/Black and Blue/Black.  I suspect about half of them will get wet my weeks end.   3/8 oz on a 3/0 Mustad hook.  The bass love'm this time of year.

These will be hunting the mouth's of Trout in late Feb early March.

I tied up this one this morning.   Named it to calling her the  Happy Hooker At first I really didn't care much for my Hot Lips mold but it is starting to grow on me a little.  The collars on the bigger ones are just about impossible to get a skirt on.  It's a great tying jig though.

Calling this one Baby Crap and this one Toad Goat and this on Rise N Shine. They look awesome in the water I'm thinking the fish will like them to.

Wallee Market has 50% off Christmas decor.  Their garlands are mighty fine this year and several different colors.  These I purchased today are about 2 inches long and about 1/16 of an inch wide per strand on 15 ft roll for $2.89.    Such a deal if you tie lots of jigs.  

What ya think? I tied 2 of the white ones for a friend last week. He fished a bass tournament with it. Got second place with 15.6 pounds. To bad he couldn't count the 12 pound Muskie he hooked on it to because he would have won. Missed first by 8 oz.
