Clear paint for a matte finish?

I bought some black matte powder paint from harbor freight.  I like it but want more shine can I add clear gloss powder to it? If so what company. Rosey's, pro tec?   Thanks!

Any of the clears will shine it up.

Yup. I've got some 200% Clear from Rosey's. 50/50 mix with the matte black from HF and it's a nice glossy black.

Yoy can also top coat with D2T and get a nice gloss, Plus you can add glitter.
