I have seen albino channel catfish (2 different lakes) that have the yellow/blonde tint, but not quite that bright.

Hard to tell with such a low quality image, but my gut is telling me it is a hoax. Best way to PhotoShop something is to modify the original, dumb it down to low quality, then save it.

That's weird. I've heard of blue pike and perch but never an orange crappie.

Leucism?

I´d take any bet it is. The only odd thing about it is that it seems to be an adult specimen, while most individuals are normally weeded out by predators at an early age . There`s a pond were I used to fish live bait which also holds released gold fish. Over the years, they have majorly turned back to brown, but most of them still have a golden spot around the chest were it is not so visibel to predatory fish.

If it is a hoax, then rather in a way as they posed a breeded fish from a home pond or fish tank as a wild catch.
