Nothing wrong with those Steve - and the stretch wrap is the right size for the hooks. I've seen some where the stretch wrap is way to big and it makes them look really bad.

No its not it is a nymph that a guy came up with thats a killer for catching Gills .. I used one like this back in Indiana It would catch about anything ..
