Waco jigs?

Going to go fishing on lake Waco tomorrow. Anybody here have any colors/styles/patterns/sizes that work well up there? Is it clear/stained/muddy? Never fished it, but a buddy and I are going to try it out. He has a boat so any 'tips' on areas (NOT actual gps coordinates for your brush piles) but general areas like; trees/brush piles, DEPTH, shallows, points on the East/West/North/South of the lake, docks etc would be a big help!
Thanks guys! I want to limit out, for the first time ever!! My stock of frozen crappie is almost gone

i live in waco we caught a few in the rivers around bridge columns on black an yellow 1/16

Thanks slim, but you're a bit late! Tried it out last thursday and the wind was blowing too hard to do anything...
