VMC Tungsten Fly Jig

Have any of you guys seen or used these jigs? I was wondering what the body material was underneath the clear wrap.

also if you search condom fly, you'll see some interesting flys tied with pieces of rubbers

Just from looking at the picture it looks like it could be poly yarn or if you wanted to you could use a metallic sparkle braid.

If you really want to try stretching it out you could use wool and wrap it tight and even

If you don't want the flat plastic strip you can get some of the kids stretch cord which is round and you can use that. They have a bunch of different ones
