Ground Venison...2pounds
One small onion diced
One small Bell Pepper diced
Two eggs...
One fourth cup oatmeal...
One fourth cup milk..
Season to taste with Garlic..Pepper..Salt..
Combine venison with mixture..,mold by hand, place in cast iron skillet...take catsup and cover entire top with a generous amount !!...
Bake in 350 oven..for 30--40- minutes...juices will start to flow, and it will smell delicious, when done !!!...
I serve it with , real mashed potatoes...fresh carrots..and a salad...
