I'm sure someone here has the answer to this. I read a post on crappie.com about adding something (don't know what) to powder paint to make it veined powder paint. The guy that posted it goes by guest01. I know you can buy veined powder paint as I have used gold, copper and silver for many years. However I would like to try some other colors. So does anyone here know what this ingredient is that you can add to powder paint ?? Thanks all.

Didn't guest01 used to be Keith Pace from MicroSpoons for a while? He left for a while and is back as Baitman, if my memory serves me correctly. He's making some cool looking plastics that have a smooth as glass appearance. Maybe this helps...... maybe not.

Cman - I got some FP at a swapmeet that is supposed to do the same thing. It's an oil base and the jigs I do are too small to see the veins. I got silver and black for the veins and a couple of different colors pre mixed.
