Used to use a tablespoon as a mold - now only a floor tile and a few molds to make thin-tail minnows

Not plastic but yeah, they do work.

Haven't caught a bass on one yet though

When I say ribbed, I'm talking something like this with a bigger grub tail

Not exactly fair weather temp in the 30s luckily sunny so hit the river to test the Bobby Garland blue ice Baby Shad on a 1/14 #2 bead collar Hooksup head. Guessing the trout liked what they saw as 6 caught until the bait was torn up useless including a 6# and two 5#.

Switched to a 1/16 #6 Sickle light gray mink + gold Flashabou mini tie and got 4 more biggest 8#.

As expected the blue ice pin tail is a keeper.
