Tying tonight...

Anyone else out there spending their rip roaring Saturday night sitting by their vise? Want to tie a few? :beer: Finished up my swap jigs and now on to some odd balls for my personal box. First one i did was a bright 'n flashy chart/orange.

Next up will be a Black/Purple...... or Purple/Black if you'd rather. Anyone else in? Happy Saturday!

1/8 oz. split shot head (or so) with custom paint colors
#2 Mustad 3366 hook
black barred RUST zonk and orange rabbit fur tail
peacock midge flash
hot orange medium cactus chenille
chartreuse bucktail wing

Here is my black/purple...... tied in some Cascade black hackle flash before i finished up and wrapped the black chenille.

1/8 oz. split shot head (or so) with custom paint colors
#2 Mustad 3366 hook
purple/blue crystal & smoke/green crystal silicone skirt material
purple zonker
Cascade black hackle flash
Lion Brand black chenille

Stuck with the purple but bumped the head size up for deeper waters and different intended species.

3/8oz. head with pearl belly and junebug dorsal
Gray/Purple bucktail
Peacock midge flash

Last one i'm gonna tie for the night (guess i am the only one breathing) before the :beer:'s out number the :jig:'s and throws things all out of balance.

I always forget about this on demand section. Great looking ties!!!!!!!! Although it seems weird that red thread for the collar on your purple/white jigs really looks good. Like how you use the sweat shirt with the logo as the background!!!!

It has a pearl/mica base coat but is just the pro-tec junebug color on top.

Nice ties & sorry I wasn't online for the trade.

I was drag'n butt on Saturday night. Up @ 4:30a, drive, shuttle yaks, then on the water @ 7:30a - outside temp in the car read 24dF brrrrr.

Fished until dark & drove home.
