They should. You'll have to figure out what size beads work for what size hook. The first bend past the barb is the sharpest one, and that will be the hardest one to get past. You can also get "slotted" tungsten beads, which have a slot on the back side of the bead, makes it easier to get around a tight bend.
I just checked my stash. I have some tungsten beads, 3/16" and 5/32". Both of those beads fit onto some size 8 and size 6 sickle hooks that I have. I have some smaller tungsten beads, but those are absolutely tiny things that I can't even use to tie tiny bead-head nymph patterns.
