I guess this would fall into the hybrid section. I transform a regular casting spoon into a Tex spoon by adding on skirts. This one has a Mr. T's skirt and a Dragonfly skirt. I placed it on my nickel casting spoon with the scale pattern on the back side.

Man thats original - looks like a superior slow crawl jiggly design. How's it working?

How is the hook attached to the spoon?

When you put that on turn your back to the water ya don't want them jump'in up on the bank to get it.

I have not been able to test it on the water yet but I can do a ton of design combinations right now. I have 10 different color skirts so if I mix and match them I can get a wide variety of combos. The hook screws into the spoon and I can do them in a 2/0, 3/0, 4/0. Here is a picture of a naked one.
