I've been working on blending dubbing and wanted to see how it looked on a jig. I'm working on different ways to incorporate into my tying. Next time going to add a little sparkle. Of course this is just a rough draft, but what do you think?

Looks good, dubbing can be finicky enough on flies let alone jigs. And it also depends on how tight or loose you put it on the thread. Velcro on popsicle sticks makes a nice tool for working on it.

Have you got it wet yet to see how the dubbing reacts?

The tail was tied in like a wool. then body was pre made on thread sort of like you would make chenille. I used a brass brush from a 270 to brush it out.
