tied one up this evening with a little peice of unwashed wool.

1/32 head with a size 4 sickle. orange head with red thread, white wool and white satin with green and blue foil finish fabric fibers over that, oh, also some gold then a few peices of flashabou silver holo.

That foil finish fabric along with the flashabou and satin is a killer on that wool, perfect profile again!! You are going to really slay some fish on those, the profile and amount of flash are absolutely perfect, nice work!!!!

thanks guys!! when you have the right materials it just seems so easy to do, altho I do admit it takes a while to tie one of these. have used the 70 denier thread on the last few and left the mono thread alone. would like to also dye some of this wool gray too, I like the way the gray wool looks with the satin and flash.

need to paint some 1/32 roundheads that darker shade of green, I was using on the two tone green kiptail jigs, just to have a darker water jig in the box.
