Glad to see you posting Uncle Grump! Even better if you get time to sit down at the vise and clear your mind dreaming about fish. I'm assuming you still have ice up your way. My ice season here was very short this go around, 2 separate deep freezes with only a hand full of trips made on to sketchy ice at best. 70° today..... snow tomorrow. Got to love Ohio.

The ice is shot up here - 6 days w/ 50F plus temps, wind and a couple inches of rain. THe shore lines are recedeing - I won't go out on it at this point.

Oh yeah - on Weds it was 65F, today there are 8+ inches on the ground and we are in white out conditions.

Looking forward to open water....
