Never believed in that stuff till I went fishing with Bruce ... Bare bones jigheads and gulp alive and catching flounder one after another .... Then I woke up ..... No that stuff really works a bit pricey but works good.

They will work for sure.Just the right amount of bucktail.You did'nt over do it with the hair.Nice.The all white one is the best out there.

Don't forget a couple pink ones.A couple chartruese ones too.Oh yea,a couple that have blue in them too,lol.The never ending saltwater story.

Need work tying bucktail????? Heck no - looks ideal to me. The red throat would go on my line first. Nice craftsmanship. :icon14:

Thanks Russ! i will probably tie a couple more with the red throat.. Still have a few more to paint and tie...

I'm not a big salt angler anymore, but have been invited to a buddy place on the beach. We tossed similar jigs with no trailers and got a variety of salt water fish. Just toss, count down, & burn back.

You have to let me know how them bronze hooks hold up in the saltwater.Make sure that you rinse them off when you get done.
