Picked this up a few years ago and it does work. The Thompson wing cutting tool, makes pretty good wings for flies

That's cool Doug . Do you have a pic of the wings it makes. Does it cut the material to the v shape

You take a feather, and just above the thick part next to the stem take sally hansons and put it on the back side of the feather. You put it under the wire guard then press the blade into the slot and let it sit for a minute.
The one I have came with 3 blades but some came with 5 blades, I'd love to find the other 2!!!!

No problem - they show up on ebay every now and then. Sometimes they go cheap other times they go for big bucks.

I saw a movie tonight called 'The Collection' where a larger one of those was used on young people at a rave party. Seriously. :dodgy:
