There I was at the canvas boat cover maker!!!!

So as I reviewed the possible canvas boat cover makers facility, I note a very large area of "scrap". The owner showed me a piece and how strong the material is for building boat covers this afternoon. I took a couple pieces home this afternoon to show my wife and thought.....what the hell!
I think it will work. Stiffer than satin but sets nice in the water. Has a good bounce! Colors are limited but the gray would work.

I like that tail, wonder what it would look like under a black light. I keep a light close by to see what they look like.

They don't cost much,got mine for around $5. I believe fish see fluorescent colors better and my favorite color jig combos usually have one or more fluorescent colors in them.

Hmmm. always learning something new. Where do you purchase the fluorescent lights at for $5?
