I was playing around with some materials I just got and this is the result. The one in the top right has something different for the body I found in the yarn section. I think it was called fun fur yarn. What do you think? I am not sure if I like it or not.

Of all of the eyelash yarns that I use, Lion Brand Fun Fur is the toughest to wrap cleanly. You are off to a good start.

Fun Fur can make a fairly nice jig. I use it quite a bit for bass ties. Olive-colored Fun Fur was used on this jig.

Good job.

Add a little sparkle and coat the thread bodies with clear polish with glitter in it. Pan fish killer .

Thanks, been practicing when I can. Next it is time to try some out. Ready to catch some fish with something I made myself.

I think it's pup who ties alot with the Eyelash yarn - if you tie with it and keep pulling the loose fibers towards the bend of the hook you'll get a fuller body just like if you did it wet fly hackling style. Have to find a pic to show it better.
