I was organizing my fly table today and decided to make up another new one while I was sitting there. This is a #6 1/32 oz fish head jig on a sickle tied with yellow thread. It had been powder coated Junebug awhile back with a bunch of others and just sitting on the bench waiting to get dressed up. So I tied on 3 Yellow and Black barred feathers for a tail. One on each side and one on the bottom. Next I tied in a Bream Buster chenille and Baitfish chenille. I left the Bream Buster and wrapped the Baitfish forward. Then I brought the Bream Buster across the top and tied it in behind the head. I was kinda stumped on what to call it. I though crappie booty was good but I hit the random on Urban Dictionary a few times and Swote came up. I think I will stick with that for now.

Don't recall seeing chenille layered like that - nice seeing different viewing angles. Let us know if the fish like it.

Yea it just popped into my head while I was sitting there. My thinking is that a lot of baits have a darker strip of color on the ridge of their back. I thought we all just wrap the chenille down the shank so what can I do differently? So I tied that dark one on and moved it off to the rear out of the way then tied on the lighter one. I wrapped that as usual and then pulled the dark one tight across the back, did one full wrap behind the head and tied it off.
