I do OK with blind jigs nowadays, but that is a great tutorial. Using a pointy object tool for applying the eyes is way quicker than when I used fumble finger them.
I remember the tutorial and have used the technique in the past and it works really well. The other day I was wanting to flatten some 3/16 wacky heads and the heads were to big and hard for the pliers. I remembered a comment Stump made about whacking the jigs with a hammer although that wasn't his intent but I thought I'll try it and if I screw up the head I'd just melt it and make it again. LOL Jim, I have had some heads that seemed to be poured with steel instead of lead and used a hammer also!!! Those jig are AWESOME!! Love the dark gray you used.
