I have some of the plastic fasceted from the first time Len posted about them and my wife got me these at Michaels craft store. Haven't used the fasceted ones yet.

These are wiggle eyes, I used duco cement to put them on. I'll find out this spring if the cement holds them good or if I have to go to epoxy

I didnt glue mine on at all. I found that applying thm after i apply the powder paint (while the paint is still wet) does great. I then reheat to allow the glue on the crystal or stud and push the crystal in the paint some more. Then I actually cure them with the crystals or studs on and they are set in the rock hard paint. So no need to gule eyes on at all.

And you haven't melted any of them??? I can see the glass ones working during the cure but I'd think the plastic ones would melt. What temp and time are you using for curing the powder with the crystals and studs on them????

the wiggle eyes would melt for sure!!!

The crystals that I picked up were from Hobby Lobby. I thought that they were going to melt also but i tried it anyway. I have done about 30-40 and none of them have melted. I am at about 350 for about 15 min.

Those wiggle eyes would melt for sure

Thanks for the info, I run my cures at a lower temp for longer because of the craft glitter. It works great and I don't burn it. Had lots of good teachers here!! Might give a few of those a try next time I paint up some jigs.

Thanks again
