Those will catch some. I'd tie some with some pink in it. It's been a hot color for me lately.

I know I need to get some more colors, the florescent grizzly is stuff I got in swap box's, and I'm still a coward when it comes to dyeing materials. Until I started back tying jigs I wondered what I was going to use all those small hackle tips from my hackle capes for. Now I have a reason to use them all.

Try sharpie markers on a couple. I bought some neon markers awhile back that work painting eyes on jigs and I think they might work on feathers as well.

SJ - Thats 8/0 Uni thread, but if you keep the collar small you can also use 6/0 Uni which is what my first ones were tied with.
