Been working for over a year with a couple different walleye recessed head designs. A couple team members here have sent me examples. I went to a recessed deeper eye socket #4mm and a hook size currently for #1 but can go up to 1/0 and down to #2. Kenny is on facebook and is out of Texas. Orders will start soon I am working currently working from a single proto type mold. Kenny is going to run at least 5 per each blank maybe more.

Ron Don.......Talking with way to many people over the last year.....lot of work to find the right guy. I also have a company that can scan image to load into any CNC for a fee. Kenny did not need that done.

There was a question about weight......so on conversion a 1/8 = 3.54, 1/16 = 1.77. The jig weighs 2.01. Dressed out the jig weighs 2.11.

So for referenced I weighed a few different styles:
Do-it 1/8 round 46 grams 1.62 ounces
Do-it 1/8 Tear drop 57 grams 2.01 ounces
Do-it 1/8 Minnow head 65 grams 2.29 ounces
Do-It 1/8 Ultra Shad no collar 50 grams 1.76 ounces
Jacobs 1/8 tube 57 grams 2.01 ounces
Jacobs 1/8 pill 47 grams 1.48 ounces

Have no idea what this could all mean other than......data does not lie!
