Have any of you ever used this type of blade ahead of a small jig or fly for crappie?

I actually used these a few years ago on the shaft of my jig -as Boolies ! They caught crappie,channel cats, bluegill, and walleye for me, but created just a bit more drag than I desired or was used to with my usual size 1 or size 0 brass propellers. Plus the smile blade didn't spin as well on a straight drop as brass props do. But they did yield more flash and vibration, and certainly did pull in fish!

Do you have any problem with the line getting cut as the blade spins? I do like the concept.

Interesting. Haven't seen sparkling finishes like those besides disco balls.

Not sure about line cut have not tried them yet.
