I really liked Shoemoos recent post on the all black jig and decided to try a couple...The tails are bucktail...should do real well this time of year..

Just recently starting having confidence in my river in chocolate milk water after rains and FAST rising and falling water when no one else tries bc of clarity. Reason being is black jigs. Yours are exactly what I want to tie for the occasions. Glad I didn't miss these.
Don't have the buck tail but maybe marabou'll work? Think the buck would be more flow resistant and the chenille looks tough, mind sharing what kind it is?
