Has anyone who has this mold weighed the heads to see what they actually weigh ? The 1/32 compared to the 1/8 looks bigger than a 1/32. I have a Hilts 1/32 that actually weighs 1/24 and my Do IT pro mold weighs 1/38 which is a pretty big difference. I'm curious where the 1/32 weighs on the Ament. Be intersted in what all three sizes actually weigh. Most molds are off some in their weight.

Aments 1/32 was all ways a little larger ... That mold is a piece of history.

Sonny can tell you a lot about it ... Don't know what U paid for it but ... the price for a new one in 1980 and listed as B862 was 6.00 + 1.50 shipping ... the one I have was purchased in 1961 ... some difference there much less what it would be now (custom made jig molds were really expensive 15.00 .. and that was for a pressed aluminum) Paul Ament did some great work for his day.
