This is a pattern from Fly Fish Ohio that I've been meaning to tie up and I pulled everything out tonight

What do you have over the top?? I looked at that jig a good bit before and I don't have anything close in color but your version is a little more to my liking as it is thicker and more robust. Great job Fatman!!

Thanks all and Jim is right rump feathers - on the skin they're right in front of the tail feathers you have to look through them to find the longer ones and it might take a couple for a real nice collar. The smaller ones are great for collars on flies.

Wow,
That is pretty cool looking. You guys on this site sure can tie some nice jigs. I will need to learn to tie some of these one of these days.
