Wow, I've got the 1/8th and 1/4 oz bullet mold, but you weren't kidding on that smaller one. Almost looks like a totally different head.

I have both styles in 1/16. Here is a comparison shot between the bullet head and darter head. The darter has a size 2 hook and the bullet has a size 4, but notice the placement of the hook eyes where they emerge from the lead.

I like bullet head a little better because of the placement of the eye. Maybe a little more weight forward. May have to get a mold with 1/8 oz and 1/4 oz.

No problem. Like you said, they look very similar. A lot of people are selling both types under the wrong name. I bought the darter heads thinking they were bullet heads after looking a long time for a perfectly balanced head for solid body plastics. The seller had them listed as bullet heads, and I was not happy when I opened the package. Decided it was too much hassle to send them back so I kept them. I have caught fish on them, they just weren't what I was looking for.

I just don't want others to go through the same experience of not getting what they expected. Moral of the story is, if you buy either type in the smaller sizes, look very closely at the actual head and don't go by what the person says they are.
