Pup's Safety Pin Spinners

I continue to experiment with my newest eyelash yarn.

Here are some safety pin spinners that I assembled this evening. I tied the jigs with kryptonite (flo. green) LashMax and white Fun Fur eyelash yarns. The jigs are 1/8-oz. ball heads with #2 hooks.



I look forward to testing these. The spinners are colored similarly to larger fixed-arm spinnerbaits that are popular in my area. I like to downsize for rivers and streams (personal preference). :jig:

The synthetic yarns Pup is using are a lot tougher than marabou.

One of the reasons I use my various yarns is extreme durability compared to feathers.

I agree with you. My experience is that eyelash yarns are pretty durable. This new one I'm using looks tough to me too.
