Muddy, high and muddy.

Fished 1/4 oz jigs deeper on tree tops. 9' avg. caught lots of lil fish still. Black n green chrt still working. Kept a few goodns but worked my tail off for em.

Nice one's. I like to look at the stomach contents to check size of forage they are eating. It helps with the next trip as a starting point.

I've done it for as long as I can remember. Even back in the bass fishing days.
It can really open your eyes to a lot of things.
I've found a baby squirrel inside of a bass inside of a raccoon once.……

Told ya that 1/4 wasnt too big! So which did ya eat? The squirrel, bass, or the coon. Or is that like one em turduckens??

I'll eat just about anything that swims assuming its cooked right.
Ya like redfish, don't ya mr g?
All of the drum family gets the same treatment.
Halfshell, grill… butter n blackening seasoning.
Ifn I fillet it, then it's the same process but in a cast iron skillet for tacos.

Ya gotta get me your Picayune contact for the shine.
Tacos n shine...... Yum.

Nice fish. Sounds like a fun way to catch them. Far cry from the methods i use up here when i stumble on a few.

Squirassoon is a delicacy i hear.... if'n ya got the right chef.

I sure would like some blackened Redfish. If I come down I will bring some relief Ozark shine. Nothing compares. I have a nice box of Redfish tackle, do you think you dad could use it? Found another couple thousand heads I'll be sending down
