The head is actually a turquoiseish candy with glitter.

That's a good one . On you first wrap with the chenille lay the next smack over the top of it . Then continue to wrap laying the chenille half over on the last wrap . It will give you catalpa worm stripes down the side . Gives you some versatility and don't have to change any materials .

Gotcha, Toad. Thx for the advice but that body is two chenilles twisted. If I would've just used the green pea, it would've worked out the way you said.

Nice tie lost!!!!!!! I've found when I twist two chennilles together sometimes to get the bars going the way you want you have to twist it bit more. Looks good!!!!! What's your recipe for the paint???

It's just a candy blue with alot more clear added over a gold candy. Not exactly turquoise "mix" per say. But does kinda look it.
