Newbie here too

Just wanted to say hay. I am a crappie fishermen that has just started tying yesterday so I am a newbie more than just here I live in Piedmont S.C., I am 50 and not to old to learn new things! I have a lot of different waters I get to fish but I do fish Lake Russell more than the others. I also like to fish for bream and have fly fished but it has been around 10 years since I used my fly rod. I do plan to start using it again if I still can LOL.
I already know that I am going to love jig Tying and look forward to learning from all of you and sharing a hobby with y'all.
