Hi everyone. I have made fishing lures since I was a teenager. I never was very good at crafts but I got by. I'm in my 60's now and I still make spinnerbaits and jigs. My rubber and silicon jigs I have gotten to where I make them look pretty well. With the success of the Preacher Jig in recent bass tournaments I began trying to make bucktail jigs and many to look like the preacher jig. I definately need to learn a little to make those look more professionally done so I'm looking forward to checking out some of the posts that might relate to that type of jig.

Welcome from NW Ohio! Big hair and feather jigs can work excellent on bass when you can locate them. :jig:
