New Eagle Claw sickles

Eagle Claw has their new Black chrome sickles on Capt Hooks!! Getting some to try out.

Looks to be better priced than Matzuo as well. Let us know how you like them.

They have VMC barbarians in red, size 8 and 10 also. Need to try the sickles too. Matzuo might have shot themselves in the foot now.....

If they are cheap and from eagle claw I bet you they aren't very sharp! Their lazer series is sharp but they ain't cheap.

Fishhunter told me he had tried some and they look more like a circle hook and they aren't near as sharp as the Matzuo's.

Cant beat the price on the Matzuo's

I check each one for sharpness & bend, disguard about 5%, but even then, they still are the best deal in town & stick the hard mouth of a bass good.

I'm just not an Eagle Claw fan, had some bad experiences with hooks breaking on big fish years ago and haven't bought any since. Vmc Barbarians are BADA$. I have to try the little 8-10's soon. I hope 4-6's are coming soon.
