SlabHappy, mine is built on a St Croix SCV Salmon & Steelhead blank. I was hunting opening weekend of deer season with my uncle when he brought it by the house. I am fortunate to have this man for a friend, God has blessed me indeed.... Sorry about the krappy cell phone pichers. They don't do it justice!

Love the rod and that 2500C has me drooling. Just something about small baitcasters that are round. Must be cause I cut my teeth on the old Pflueger Akrons and such back in the 50's.
