Or variations of at least. I like painting.
Asked for suggestions on colors but got none so went with what I know works here.
StAined or Muddy, these are my two, sorta.

Got the bases covered - the white body for clear water and the black for dirty water. Looks good to me.

Think i like painting just as much (if not more) as tying. :icon14:

Thx guys. Quint, I get lucky with em on occasion but I only had to tap once on each of these heads. The rest was the work of the paint and fluid beds. I have a container full of screw ups but they're just going in less now. PM Russ and See if he can get you some test strips they've helped me tremendously. If I can help let me know. Still got your paint coming.

Fishing is a bust. Actually still out here considering just camping out. Caught a dozen fish just no good ones worth carving up. Biggest MAY have been 10" . Water is dead. Time to get out on main river. Least i know the jigs work and got to relax.

10 inches would go in MY bucket. That Warmouth/Green Sunfish just might have made it in my bucket as well - looks like the biggest one of those i have ever seen. :exclamation: Absolute beautiful fish!!!

Are you using a kayak paddle in a square-nose aluminum jon boat??? Need you a kayak - bet you could push your way over some nice log jams with a yak and find some interesting back waters. Go alot farther with alot less effort too. haha! Your water looks so foreign to me, i'm used to big open water up here. .............and rocks. :P
