Member location?

Surely listing one's general location won't endanger privacy or favorite fishing spots? To me, knowing background helps better understand posted comments/info. Maybe just a state or foreign country under forum name?

BTW, "on a boat", "by a lake", "in a house" doesn't help.

There is a spot for that to be added to your profile page that anyone can view. You can see the members profile if you click on their username.

To edit your location, click the "User CP" link at the top left of the pages when you are logged in. When you are in your User Control Panel, click on "Edit Profile" in the your profile section on the left. I have my location on mine, but many on here have not updated theirs.... I also posted a question on another forum to see if i can get it to show on the right side of each post where the "posts" and "joined" info is. But this would only show if the members add their location in the user cp.
