This is about as simple as it gets. Stick filets in cold water. Remove one at a time shake in bag of McCormick cajun seasoned breading. Drop in hot grease @ 350 -370 degrees and wait for filet to float. When it floats remove from grease and let set on paper towel to soak up excess grease.

this seasoning is mildly warm but they do make a version ( not cajun ) that is not spicy. We like with french fries or home fries and a salad.

Never had no complaints and everyone always had seconds.
