Matzuo Hooks

I am getting ready to make a Do-it order and was wondering if you can use the
Sickle hooks for the Eagle Claw 570-575 hooks. I am using size 8 and 10 ball head mold with no collar. I seen on here where a lot of guys use them. I thought I would give it a try

Yes you can - Many of us use the sickles in our molds

I use these hooks also. They work for me.

Yes we do, but don't expect perfect hooks. This is a coupla years old post but IMO Matzuo has NOT been able to improve their quality control.

Thanks guys I think I will give them a try. Part of my Do-it order I blame on Jig Craft. Lol I am just kinda getting started but I have been seeing some of the things you guys are doing and it looks like fun and I have been reading a lot but I do have a question. What is clear powder paint?

First Rule of the board!!!!!!! You can't blame anyone here for ordering stuff!!!!!!!!!!LOL!!!!!!!!!!

Clear powder paint is just that clear - you heat your jig the same and dip it and cure but it's clear. Alot of us mix glitter into it and use it as a light coat over a solid color. In the paint receipe book you'll find a few where everything is mixed in one jar and one dip and you're done.
