Well after watching a video on youtube about the different ways to use marabou I decided to try something new. This is a 1/16oz head and I tied in a straight black marabou tail, after it was tied in I clipped off the remainder and instead of discarding it I cut off a bunch of fibers from the stem and I dubbed it onto the thread and used it for the body and after I did that it looked to plain with nothing else so I added a black hackle collar. It isn't great but I liked the look of the marabou dubbed body but my camera doesn't do closeups too good so it is hard to see but I now know not to waste marabou.

Looks good to me. Sure itll do u right on the water
Almost like the twisted bou body I learned from JoJoPro here. It's like miniature buggering without the extra steps and ive found it slows the fall nicely.

It can be fun spinning the fibers like dubbing, if it gets really matted down when you tie it in make up this little tool using a popsical stick and the prickly side of velcro

use it to gently ruff up the body.
