My wife's relation owns a scrap yard and they buy there diesel from where I work. The pump on their tank is old and slow so I've been Frankenstein'ing one from parts here and there. So today I found some parts in the junk box at work to complete it. Went to the yard and installed it for them and they loved it. Her cousin told me he had something for me in return because I wouldn't let them pay me for it since they are pretty spendy. He had a whole stack of sheet lead set aside for me and told me to take it and call it even. Put it on the scale and it was 650 pounds exactly! Holy crap! I'll be set for this winter and won't have to buy again until next fall! Woohoo!!
