Hit Lake Perris on 5/20 with Noel, LedHed and Mealworm. LedHed and Noel only fished until around 9, then took off. A few cold fronts have kept our waters cooler than usual for this time of year, so the BG are still a bit scattered. Total fish for 5/20 was 19. On the way out of the lake we saw an awesome snake crawling across the road.

On 5/21 mealworm and I hit the lake again and slammed about 25 fish in a matter of 30 minutes. At times we had fish on both of our rods(California is a 2 pole state with the purchase of a $15.00 stamp). It was an amazing morning. Uncle Al (not a JC member) joined us at around 9 and the fishing was SLOOOOW after that, he must have brought the voodoo with him. We returned to the same GPS WAS point and the fish decided to move on, we only landed 5 more for the rest of the day. We even moved to a few of our secret spots with no luck.

Very nice gills and re's.Our state has a 3 pole limit. What kind of snake is it? I used to have some snakes and still have my geckos for over 15 years now.
