Nice Sonny!!!!!!!!!! That is a really nice cat - they make good eating but not as good as crappie and gills!!

Cat make some great eating if you know how to did them up. That one is a little big for the size I like fixing up for a meal

Jig is a roundhead that has pinned eyes (recessed) fore the 3D eyes.
Fish in this area are eating Shad, Shiners, & ton of insect larva/emergers. The XXX is izorline mono (co-polymor) - lot thinner diameter than Yo-Zuri. Both the lines hold up well fishing at the reefs.
The CC is going to be cooked in a soup (caldo).

I really like the roundhead jig with the recessed eye. Gonna have to pour some more of those when I get out there. I think they'll work well with the tiny propellars and coneheads,boolie jigs. I'll bring some out with me.

Wow..... I love that closeup of the BG. Gonna have to try something similar to those jigs around here. That looks way too tempting for big bluegills to resist.

I souped catfish leftovers after fileting and it was really tasty. Is warm water catfish as oily as from cooler northern climes?
